Nicoletta Building Contractor, Inc was founded In 1969 by Frank Nicoletta. He Started Frank Nicoletta Building and Remodeling that grew over the years and incorporated in 1996 which became known as Nicoletta Building Contractors, Inc. becoming the largest bonded commercial construction company Wayne County. Some of his construction projects include: Major capital school improvement projects, fire departments, daycare centers, public libraries, municipal projects, multi-senior citizen housing projects, medical centers, NYS State Police barracks and government office buildings. During his 40 year career as a general contractor, he took great pride in his business with the satisfaction of knowing that his name was associated with the construction of may quality buildings and custom homes built throughout the Central New York area. Recently He has passed on, and has pasted down his legacy to his sons that plan to carry on his passion of work ethics with them.
