Founded by Phil Leger in 2008, Highland Contractors provides quality, affordable home improvement services to the upstate NY area.  We are recognized for our residential and commercial services in roofing, siding, insulation, gutters, doors/windows, and specialized carpentry. We are a fully licensed and insured contractor based in the City of Rochester, NY.
