Fineline Pipeline is an underground utility, excavation and directional drilling company with a primary focus in municipal water and sewer contracts in the Upstate NY area. 

In addition to excavation, Fineline Pipeline has a full service Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operation for both commercial and residential projects with drilling capability up to 1000 feet in most ground conditions for 1-inch to 12- inch pipe diameters. HDD is a trenchless method of installing underground pipes and conduit of all types without disturbing the surface allowing placement of pipe under almost any surface like concrete slabs, driveways, roadways, sidewalks and walkways while preserving the integrity of the existing landscape.

Beyond utility construction Fineline Pipeline also does all aspects of site work including land clearing, storm sewers, road construction and paving.
