Michael Caceci enjoys a diverse, successful career. Through his company, Excellerated Performance LLC, Mike brings over 30 years of business and entrepreneurial experience to every client engagement. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, B2B sales, marketing, management, business operations, leadership development, and lean six sigma process improvement. To date, over 75 organizations across greater Rochester, including construction industry firms, have benefitted from Mike’s unique approach to creating better business results.

Mike is active in Rochester's business and civic community. He has served on the boards of the Small Business Council of Rochester and Greater Rochester Quality Council (GRQC) and is a proud member of Rochester Rotary.

Mike also loves to teach. He is a Lecturer of Marketing at RIT Saunders College of Business. Courses include Marketing Principles, Professional Selling, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing and Marketing Strategy.

Mike holds a BA in psychology and an MBA in marketing management. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Xerox trained & certified); and as a Trusted Advisor Affiliate, he is part of an international association of independent consulting, human resource, and quality professionals.
