EMERICK ASSOCIATES was founded in 1967 as a pump supplier to the paper industry. Three generations of the Emerick family have grown the business well beyond pumps and fluid process products. Our Company's main assets are its people. People manage Emerick Associates. Since the date of incorporation, we have built a solid reputation on the understanding of pump engineering. Our Employees are known as the leaders in their field, called upon many times by their peers for application assistance. 

Pump manufacturers and Emerick Associates realized a change in customer needs starting in the late 1980's. Customers expressed their desire for having a service person at their location with the expertise of knowing when to repair and when to replace. We realized that customers didn't want to be sold new products, but be presented with new cost effective solutions. 

With a constant market trend towards downsizing, Emerick Associates keeps finding itself as an external engineering source to many of our clients. In the past, companies used to have engineers do installation and maintenance support. Presently those resources can be seen downsizing with less and less onsite support. In the future we foresee customers utilizing suppliers for engineering, installation and maintenance support.
