Who we are:

D. Clark Distributors, LLC (“The Company”), based in Newark, NY, provides tack coat and asphalt distribution services. The Company works as a subcontractor for various counties, municipalities and private contractors in Western and Central NY.  The Management Team, consisting of Richard Clark and Erin Peters, has over sixty (60) years of combined construction experience in both road and highway construction and reconstruction along with tack coat application.

What we specialize in:                                                          

D. Clark Distributors specializes in the application of both diluted and straight tack coat.  Tack coat is an important part of the construction and reconstruction of roads.  The application of tack coat on roads ensures the bonding between old and new asphalt layers.  

What type of equipment:

D. Clark Distributors owns six (6), 2,000-gallon Etnyre Asphalt Distributor Trucks.  All trucks are equipped with 12ft or 16ft rear mounted spray bars which allows for even and precise distribution of tack coat prior to paving.  All equipment is well maintained and serviced.
